As the minister walked into the Baazar; He saw a blind man putting a pile of twigs in front of him to sell for firewood. Then a young boy came close to the blind man secretly stole a bunch of the twigs, and ran away.

As the minister wanted to say something, a mad dog ran into the dairy store and broke many yogurt bowls, the minister stepped aside and didn’t say a word.

After that, the minister noticed a clothier was measuring fabric and folded a part of the measuring tape to sell less fabric for the full price.

The minister went to the king to report his one day of experience in the Bazaar and said: “Your Highness; Today I saw God is everywhere, and for every sin an individual did they were punished for it. But none of them knew what they went through was the punishment of their own sins.”
