240th story
Once upon a time on a very warm summer day, the fox of our story was very hungry. The clever and tricky fox was looking for something to eat.

He saw a rabbit and chased it but the rabbit was fast and jumped over a well and ran away.

The fox didn’t see the well and fell into it. The well wasn’t very deep, but deep enough for him not to manage to come out of it.

After a while, he heard a sheep’s bleat.

The sheep was thirsty. It came directly towards the well. The sheep looked into the well to see if there was any reachable water.

The smart fox said: ” What cool and fresh water is in here.”
The sheep replied: ” Can I have some?”
The fox said: ” Of course you can. It belongs to everyone. Just jump in and quench your thirst.

The simple-minded sheep jumped into the well. The fox jumped on the sheep’s back. It hopped out of the well.
” This would be a very good lesson for you. After this matter, you would think before you do something.” The fox told the sheep.
The poor sheep couldn’t get out of the well for a long time. Then, a farmer was passing by. He heard the sheep.
I personally learned to hopefully think before making any decision.

Or make sure trust your sources and their motives before you act 😊.

Well done Laleh! Life situations will tempt us. However, it’s always wise to look ahead before jumping right in.
