256th story
The owner of a Plastic Injection Factory wanted to build an office in a part of the factory’s industrial building. He also wanted a small living area there, as he planned to stay a few nights of the week there. Because the factory was out of the city and far from home.

It was important to him that the renovation be completed quickly so it wouldn’t interfere with the manufacturing.

The factory owner wanted all the windows welded with metal bars to prevent thieves from entering from outside.

The welder did all the windows, except for one small window. because he ran out of metal bars and had to order more.

While waiting for the delivery, the welder got busy finishing another job at some other place. He asked the owner to give him a few days. He would finish that small window in one day soon after he was done the other job.

The owner got very angry on the phone with the welder and used improper words to finish the conversation.
The factory caught fire in the middle of the night. When the owner woke up, he realized the flames surrounded him. There was no way out.

He ran to that room which didn’t have metal bars. The one that the welder left the bars behind to finish some other day.
That window saved the factory owner’s life.
Sometimes many great things are hiding behind some delays in our lives.

That’s a wonderful lesson for us, Laleh. I’ve been thinking about you with the war going on in your homeland. I’m so sorry for the people in that country that is full of beauty. I know it is beautiful because of the images and words you have shared in your blog posts.
