Soroosh was an excellent novel to read. This was one of the novels that I have ever enjoyed reading. Keep the Kleenex box near, I am sure you will need it. I ordered “Climbing Over Grit” by this author and her daughter, immediately because I am sure it will be unique as I loved her way of writing. Some books stay in your mind for a long time and Laleh Chini’s writing is simply the same. I checked her blog lalehchini.com and loved it. I only was able to read a few of the short stories there with amazing morals, but I will slowly read them all. There were wonderful reviews of her work.
