Grandma Is Becoming Young/مادربزرگ جوان می شود

237th story

Yasi kicked her pillow and threw it in the corner of her room. She went to the window and said: ” I don’t like to take a nap. I want to play.”

She looked out the window. The ducks were lying under a tree, and the cat was asleep.

Yasi waved her hand to them and said: “Wake up. I’m coming outside to play with you.”

Yasi was waiting for her grandma to say: “You haven’t slept yet?” And Yasi would answer: ” No, and I won’t. I want to wait for my mother to come home from work.”

But she didn’t hear Grandma’s voice.

Yasi went to the kitchen and saw Grandma was making some jam.

Yasi climbed the chair and waited for Grandma to say: ” Come down. You will fall.”

And Yasi would answer: ” I like it, I won’t come down.”

But she didn’t hear any voice.

Yasi got worried. She went to her Grandma and said: “The smell is great. Are you tired?”

Grandma said: ” Yes, and I have pain in my hands. “

Yasi touched Grandma’s hands and tried to smooth the wrinkles on her hands. But the wrinkles stayed the same. Then went deep in thinking.

Grandma said: ” What are you thinking about, Yasi?”

Yasi: ” YOU. Come, Grandma, you are tired. You need to take a nap. If you sleep more you will become young again.”

Grandma laughed very loudly.

Yasi slept beside Grandma and prayed when they woke up, her Grandma would be young again.

This beautiful kid’s story teaches me how even the smallest person in the family cares. How simply we all love each other and we need that love and attention.
